Food Yoga or Pizza Pilates?
Time for the second in my Food Yoga series and this one’s a doozy! I only recently discovered how easy it is to make pizza – mainly because I hadn’t tried it before, always assuming that it would be a bit of a faff. It’s not! Quite the contrary. Now how’s this for flexible food?…
- It’s simple and speedy to make (but looks impressively tricky)
- It’s incredibly cheap (but feels like a real treat)
- It’s great for feeding both family and friends (let’s face it, there are so many pizza topping variations that there must be one to please pretty much everyone..)
- AND it’s not that bad for you either. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying it’s slimming but it’s definitely a great way to shove extra veggies down your kids’ (or husband’s) necks!
Try it once and I promise you, you’ll be doing it again and again 🙂
